HOURS OF OPERATION

We are a business like any other. Our working hours are 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday. All in-stock orders will be shipped within three working days. If an item is on backorder, it may take longer. Typically, products originating from Japan restock in within 7 days after order received. Items from abroad, such as Earsonics,InEar,Colorfly etc. take longer to get back in stock.

EMS POST JAPAN is our preferred shipping method
Once order is dispatched a tracking number will be provided to you.

We ship worldwide using either Airmail post or EMS traceable and trackable insured mail.
ETA to USA/EU: 3-6 days
ETA to ASIA: 2-5 days
ETA to Latin America/and Far east:
10-15 days

* Airmail post is not recommended for
Italy, Brazil, Israel, South Africa.
We will only ship with EMS registered mail.

RMA/WARRANTY

SHIPMENT AND HANDLING OF RMA UNITS
For Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and defective items, process time may vary from 2 weeks to a maximum of 1.5 months depending on the product. We will do our best to keep you notified on RMA status.

We also send notifications once items are processed and ready for dispatch to designated country. You are responsible for shipping the item to us; we will cover shipping charges back to you.
